We already proved our comprehensive know-how in constructing photovoltaic power plants in the megawatts sector, now we are going one step forward. 

"Ready to operate" is the motto of our project development. We offer an unique solution in the  sector of project development called fieldInvest, which is especially interesting for  commercial investors, but also manufacturers of modules or components. Our concept exceeds the conventional project development.

We acquire and develop our projects intentionally by ourselves and resign project agents. This means clear structures, low costs and mainly definite project rights for you.

The planning ist controlled by investors and we realize your plant using the components you require. We offer our projects to you - if   required - including the foundation of a corresponding participating company and the corresponding operation management via our subcompany fieldGuard.

One of our specialities is for example the use of fallow land as landfills. Disused landfills are often unpopular areas which hardly can be used. Also the solar use of these areas is problematic due to ground conditions and therefore not realizable by each PV company.

relatio developed a special construction mode for such areas, which is configured on ground conditions as usual foil covers, foundation depth, subsidence and low load capacity. The relatio concept for solar use of landfills has already been proved several times.

Currently we are developing an open land area of approx. 300 hectares and approx. 60.000 square meters roof area. These areas can be equipped with approx. 150 MWp of photovoltaics. Legal security and safe investments are the reason for focusing ourselves to German projects.

Besides, we also have several special sectors in usual areas (farmland, industrial halls, etc.) which makes our project development singular.
