The project example Almeria III - realized with iCON, our best-practice-concept. You may follow the development of one of Europe's largest solar park: From the beginning of configuration of the iBOX in our factory to the construction in the field approx. 2000 km away from place of manufacture. In this project, we did not only supply our easyGrid system, but also laid the complete cabling (AC and DC), installed and connected the sub-distributors, prepared the grit ground, delivered and placed the iBOX and gridBOX and connected the entire plant to the grid - this is the first time, that the plant is connected to the skyDSL control center.

Supply of iBOX for the construction in relatio's factory.
Basic data: - 570cm x 300cm x 298cm - Concrete quality C35/45 - integrated cable floor - no building license required - optimal ventilation - certified and inverter box approved by inverter manufacturers
In the floor reinforcements for the inverters are installed. The open area for cables is ensured.

Installation of remaining components
Of course components can be installed in the iBOX through the door.
In this case:
our Master-Slave Box for Master-Slave operation of inverters and the
for example for low voltage distribution, USV for keep alive.
The second floor allows a clean, well arranged and longlasting access to cable conduits.
The installation to main circuits is also easily accessible and well arranged as the access to the second floor.
Finally we put the label on the iBOX Of course we are able to use your logo, even other RAL colours for the iBOX itsself is possible.
Thus, your plants have a high recognition value and are afar visible.
The transportation protection secures the components during the dispatch of the iBOX
Loading of iBOX on a truck. The optimized size even permits the transport under a cover (protection against dirt).
Even in foreign countries no special transports are required (dimensions/weight).
1,5 MWp fit completely on one truck.
The site of Almeria is located approx. 2000 km away from relatio's factory.
This is no problem because of the iBOX's optimal transport size.
While the iBOX is on the way to Spain, our employees already lay the needed cables in the field, fix the connection boxes and lay the corresponding cables to the iBOX.
The iBOX arrives clean to the site protected under a cover.
Already before the iBOX arrived to the site, our employees have prepared the required grit ground.
Thereupon is now placed the iBOX and is ready for feed-in of up to 1,5 MWp.
